About the Role
We are currently seeking an F&B Supervisor to join our pre-opening team at Manhattan Grand Hotel. This role supports the day-to-day supervision of Food & Beverage service across outlets, ensuring consistent, attentive, and polished service that reflects the hotel's brand of craftsmanship and genuine hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily service operations across assigned F&B outlets, ensuring smooth and consistent execution during all meal periods.
- Lead, coach, and support service colleagues on the floor, ensuring adherence to service standards and sequence of service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction during service, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring prompt resolution of complaints.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely, accurate order execution and food quality consistency.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings, communicating menu updates, promotions, VIP guests, and service priorities to the team.
- Monitor stock levels, mise en place, and outlet cleanliness, ensuring readiness ahead of each service period.
- Assist in scheduling, attendance monitoring, and daily allocation of duties within the outlet team.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and licensing regulations at all times.
- Support cash handling, billing accuracy, and POS operations, ensuring adherence to financial control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the Hotel's brand standards, grooming guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures.
About You
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role, preferably within an upscale or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service standards, outlet operations, and guest service recovery techniques.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a service team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and guest-focused approach.
- Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and licensing compliance.
- Working knowledge of POS systems and basic F&B cost/stock control practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
