About the Role
We are currently seeking a Reservations Manager to lead the reservations function at Manhattan Grand Hotel. This role is pivotal in driving room revenue, optimizing distribution channels, and ensuring a seamless booking experience from the very first guest interaction. As part of the pre-opening team, you will play a key role in setting up systems, processes, and standards that define our commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service standards.

Manage all reservation channels including direct bookings, OTAs, GDS, and corporate accounts to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Monitor booking trends, pace reports, and market demand to support pricing and inventory strategies.

Collaborate closely with Sales & Revenue Management to optimize room inventory and distribution strategies.

Ensure all reservations are handled professionally, with a strong focus on conversion, upselling, and guest satisfaction.

Implement and maintain reservation systems, policies, and procedures in line with pre-opening requirements.

Train, mentor, and develop the reservations team to deliver consistent and high-quality service.

Prepare regular reports on performance metrics such as conversion rates, booking sources, and revenue contribution.

Maintain strong relationships with travel partners, agents, and corporate clients.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Reservations or Revenue-related roles within a hotel environment.

Strong understanding of distribution channels, rate management, and revenue optimization strategies.

Experience working with hotel systems such as Opera PMS, CRS platforms, and channel managers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make commercial decisions.

Proven leadership ability with experience managing and developing teams.

High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, pre-opening environment.

Fluency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
