Job brief

We are looking for a Sales Manager with excellent communication and leadership abilities to lead sales function, develop sales programs, and set and meet the KPIs.

Responsibilities

    Sales & Business Development

    Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, group, MICE, and leisure segments.

    Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations.

    Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in line with hotel revenue strategy.

    Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.

    Revenue & Market Strategy

    Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns.

    - Collaborate with revenue management to align pricing and promotional strategies.

    Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning processes.

    Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis.

    Client & Event Coordination

    Work closely with operations, front office, and F&B teams to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events.

    Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to build brand awareness.

    Address client concerns professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.

    Team Collaboration

    Support and guide sales coordinators or junior sales staff if applicable.

    Contribute to a positive, goal-oriented team culture.

    Share market insights and best practices with the wider team.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field        preferred.
- 4–6 years of hotel sales experience, ideally including pre-opening    exposure.
- Strong network within the local corporate and travel market.    Demonstrated success in securing new accounts and building business    from scratch.
- Familiarity with hotel CRM and PMS systems.
