About the Role

We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our pre-opening team at Manhattan Grand Hotel. This role is responsible for overseeing overnight Front Office operations, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation, and safeguarding a seamless, secure guest experience during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the daily end-of-day financial audit, reconciling all room revenue, outlet charges, and payment transactions across departments.
• Manage overnight Front Desk operations, including late check-ins, early departures, and guest requests.
• Prepare and distribute accurate daily revenue reports, occupancy statistics, and management summaries for the following business day.
• Monitor and balance cashier transactions, credit card postings, and city ledger accounts.
• Respond to guest enquiries, requests, and emergencies during night hours with professionalism and composure.
• Conduct routine security walks and monitor CCTV, fire alarm, and safety systems throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, and Duty Management on any overnight operational matters.
• Ensure all Front Office systems, folios, and reservations are accurately updated and ready for the morning shift handover.
• Ensure compliance with the Hotel's brand standards, financial controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Night Auditor, Night Manager, or Front Office Agent with audit responsibilities, preferably within an upscale or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of hotel accounting principles, night audit procedures, and financial reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of Opera PMS or similar property management systems will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and remain calm during overnight emergencies.
• Strong communication and guest service skills, with a professional and composed demeanour.
• Basic knowledge of hotel security procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Flexibility and willingness to work night shifts on a consistent basis, including weekends and public holidays.
